14 days on your first paymentBought a plan on our website and it isn’t right for you? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it, minus the part of the plan you’ve already used. No reason needed.

Try it before you pay

Every new account starts with a free month, with no card needed, so you can see what Veyro does for you before you spend anything.

Your first payment

If you buy a plan on our website — Plus, Premium or Max, monthly or yearly — you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. You don’t have to give a reason.

We refund what you paid, minus the part of the plan you’ve already used — the share of its credits you’ve spent. For example, if you’ve used a quarter of a month’s credits on a monthly plan, we refund three quarters of the payment. If you haven’t used it, you get everything back.

Renewals

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Renewals aren’t refunded — cancel any time before the next one and nothing renews again. Outside the 14 days above, payments already made aren’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription in Veyro. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your memories, notes and reminders stay where they are.

Bought in the iPhone app?

Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, and manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@veyro-pa.com from the email on your Veyro account, with “Refund” in the subject. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Where the law gives you more — for example, the 14-day right to cancel in the EU and the UK — you get it; if you’ve already used part of the plan, the law lets us keep the amount for what you used.
