Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription in Veyro, or from your Apple ID if you bought in the iPhone app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your memories, notes and reminders stay.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If a plan bought on our website isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it, minus the part of the plan you’ve already used. Renewals aren’t refunded — cancel before the next one. The refund policy has the details.

How do credits work?

Each paid plan comes with a monthly pool of credits. An everyday answer, a picture, a premium read, a room design and a minute of talk each use some, and deeper modes use more — so you spend the month on what you use most. The plan cards show roughly what a month covers.

The month arrives in four weekly parts: a quarter when your plan month starts, and another at the start of each week after. Anything you don’t use carries over, so the whole month is yours from the fourth week — it just can’t all go in the first few days.

What happens when I run low?

Veyro lets you know as you get close. You can wait for your next weekly part or your next month, or move up a plan; nothing you’ve saved is touched.

Is my data private?

Your data is yours. We never sell it or use it for ads, and no one at Veyro reads your chats, notes or memories. See the privacy policy.
